Il credito contributivo e la tutela previdenziale del lavoratore nel Codice della Crisi d’Impresa e dell’Insolvenza

The paper examines the profiles related to the social insurance contribution and the social security protections of the workers by the Code of company crisis and insolvency. From the first side, the analysis focuses on the reporting obli-gations of the social security institutions, on the agreements between the social security institution concerning the compulsory contributions and on the effects of the agreements on the workers' social security position. From the sec-ond side, the paper offers an analysis of the discipline of the social security benefits in the bankruptcy procedure and of the protection measures within the transfer of an undertaking.
