Analysing the relationship between social security protection and civil liability, the A. considers in depth the current conditions and limits of the Inail regressive action. Starting from the various positions present in the debate, the article recognizes to the Inail regressive action a constitutional value that leads to the solution of the numerous questions that still make particularly uncertain the exact determination of the repayment claim of Inail and worker’s compensation for damages.
