Il Decreto “Lavoro” del Governo Letta (ovvero come rilanciare l’occupazione con poche risorse ma tanti buoni propositi)

The article deals with the Law Decree n. 76/2013, by analysing in detail the most important new measures in the field of labour law. The decree lays down, in particular, financial measures to facilitate the hiring of young unemployed, provisions on fixed-term contracts, internships, apprenticeship and other flexible contracts. The author points out that the decree is probably not able to cope with the problems which plague the Italian labour market, but rather for the lack of resources than of good will by the Letta government.
