abstract:
The possibility of using stable isotopes in tracer biokinetic studies on humans is very attractive and offers great opportunities for a wide range of investigations in the fields of nutrition and radiation protection. Efforts are being made to use stable isotopes for the evaluation of the gut absorption of radiologically important elements.
