Mobbing: a che punto siamo?

Although in Italy a discipline on mobbing is still missing, it keeps being a phenomenon both
experienced in the workplace and invoked in courtrooms. Nevertheless, after an initial moment of
great attention by the Labour Law scholars, mobbing has ended up losing centrality. The article tries
to explain how come and why it would be necessary to bring attention back to the phenomenon which
in the meantime has evolved greatly both within and beyond Labour Law (as evidenced by the
phenomena of mobbing in the school context, family mobbing and real estate mobbing identified by
the case-law).
