abstract:
The essay reconstructs the evolution of the rule of exoneration from civil liability,
examining in particular the latest interventions of jurisprudence that have led to
a substantial but not formal overcoming of that rule. After examining the current
meaning of the rule of exoneration, the essay examines the possible consequences
of this jurisprudential evolution in the matter of damages from Covid-19 contagion
in the workplace.
