This public talk, accompanied by a small exhibition, formed part of public engagement (third mission) activities. It aimed to return the findings of my research on twentieth-century Rum theatre and performance to the Rum community itself, give visibility to a minority cultural and theatrical heritage, and create multi-modal, accessible entry points (spoken and visual/material) for non-specialist audiences to engage with this history.
