Not simply a woman

Sally Haslanger has famously argued that gender is socially constructed by suggesting a metaphysical realism of gender categories. To the contrary, I defend a version of nominalism about gender by questioning that there is feature of identity or unity itself that all women share and that all women have some natural or social features in common.
