Organo amministrativo e funzione di risk management nella società di gestione del risparmio

Following the recent enactment of the Bank of Italy and Consob Regulation of 19 January 2015, the essay describes, within the discipline on the corporate governance of the Italian asset management companies (“società di gestione del risparmio”), the principles and rules on the board of directors and the risk management function, highlighting the most critical features of the relations between the governing body and the risk management function.
