Abstract:
Our study highlights microRNA expression heterogeneity in adult coeliac disease patients with different clinical presentations, identifying miR-192-3p and miR-551a as potential biomarkers in the response to gluten-free regimens or as adjuncts to improve normal mucosa restoration.
