Abstract:
The separation/purification of mixtures of gases with related physical properties is a difficult task. Examples are CO2/C2H2 or cyclohexane/benzene mixtures which possess similar sublimation and boiling points (Table 1). In this regard, PCP’s pore size and shape can be modulated in order to carry out these difficult separation processes in an efficient way.[1]
In this communication, we show the structural characterisation, adsorptive, ion exchange, separation and catalytic properties of the anionic MOF NH4[Cu3(µ3-OH)(µ3-4-carboxypyrazolato)3] (NH4@1).
