Regional data protection policy and artificial intelligence

The collection of works presented here is the result of the VI Jean Monnet Network Workshop - BRIDGE on “Regional Data Protection Policy and Artificial Intelligence,” which took place on October 03, 2023, in a hybrid format at the University of Milan, Italy. This initiative sparked intense debate among professors and researchers from various universities on the theoretical and practical aspects of the role of the artificial intellingence in Latin American countries and in the European context, as well as promoted important reflections on issues related to cooperation between the two regions, some of which are found in these Proceedings.
