Abstract:
This contribution analyses the recent legislative reforms that have been introduced
with reference to the liability of public officials: more specifically, it highlights the
critical and dubious aspects arising from the distinction between the conduct of
public officials (action, omission or inertia), and the relative degrees of culpability.
