The book guides farmers to build a rural project in accordance with the law.
The laws analyzed include all aspects related to agriculture, agribusiness, multifunctionality, rural development, cultural heritage, sustainable energy until to consider the tax aspects of each agricultural enterprise. The volume is completed by an interactive DVD. The operator, by completing a checklist, is able to select the regulations that affect his project in a data bank of legislation that brings together more than 4,900 sources, at different levels of laws, by European, national, regional until local rules.
